It’s kinda blurry through the plastic of the humidity bag, but you can see some white fuzzy spots of mycelium starting to move out from the grain spawn into the paper substrate at around 5:00 in the picture.

Thanks for the updates about your mushroom growing. I’m enjoying reading about it, ’cause it’s one of those things I’ve been wanting to try but haven’t done it, yet. Interesting idea, in the TP rolls.
